These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and to services booked with Wik and Wax, 1032 Bridgeport Ave, Livingston, CA 95334. By using the site or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Appointments and booking requests

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only once we contact you to confirm the date and time.

Cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to another client.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service.
• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit to book future appointments.

Prices and payment

Prices shown on this website are starting prices and may change without notice. Your final price is confirmed before your service begins. Payment is due at the time of service.

Offers

Promotional offers, such as a new-client discount, apply to first-time clients only, cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value and may end at any time.

Health, safety and eligibility

• You agree to tell us about medications, skin conditions and treatments that affect waxing, including retinoids, Accutane, antibiotics, blood thinners, recent peels, laser or sunburn.
• We may decline or stop a service if waxing is not safe for your skin that day.
• Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian’s written consent, and a guardian may need to be present.
• Temporary redness, sensitivity and minor bumps are normal after waxing. Following our aftercare advice reduces these. Results vary from person to person, and we cannot guarantee specific results.

Refunds

Because services are performed on your skin, we don’t offer refunds for completed services. If you’re unhappy with a result, contact us within 3 days and we’ll do our best to make it right, for example by touching up a missed area at no charge.

Conduct

We provide a professional, respectful environment. We may refuse or end a service in response to inappropriate behavior.
