how many times do you have to wax…Your Questions
About ¼ inch, roughly the length of a grain of rice. That’s usually 2–3 weeks of growth after shaving. Too short and the wax can’t grip; too long and it pulls more.
There’s no single answer, since it varies from person to person. With consistent waxing every 3–6 weeks, most clients see regrowth become finer, slower and patchier within a few months. Hormones, age and genetics also play a part, so hair may never stop completely.
It stings for a second, then it’s done. We use hard wax on sensitive areas, work quickly and keep skin taut, which makes a big difference. It gets noticeably easier from the second or third visit.
Both. Hard wax (no strips) is used for bikini, Brazilian, underarm and face because it grips the hair, not the skin. Soft strip wax is ideal for large areas like legs, arms and backs.
On your period, yes. Just wear a fresh tampon or cup for bikini services. If you’re pregnant, let us know; skin can be more sensitive. If you use retinoids, Accutane, or other prescription skincare, tell us before booking. Facial waxing isn’t safe on those products.
